You have 30 days after receipt of your order to send us a return request by e-mail to contact@yokaiclothing.com or via our contact form.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Yokai Clothing is a unisex brand. We advise you to take your usual size. If you don't know what size to take, enter your height and weight in our "What's my size?" form, available on our product pages. You can also take a look at the size guide for each product.

Some of our garments are in Asian sizes, so the size label may not match the size you ordered.

In general, we recommend:

washing the garment inside out to protect the fabric from the action of the washing machine
machine-washing at 30° / 86°F or cold to preserve the brilliance of the colors over time
air-drying the garment to increase the durability of the fabric and prevent shrinkage
and closing the zips before putting the garment in the machine to prevent them from catching on threads during washing.
