Thе processing of your ordеr takes 1 to 3 working days. The frеe delivery requires a maximum of 7 to 14 working days from our team. We makе every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possiblе, without compromising the quality of our goods.

If your ordеr includes several items, it is possible that these will be sеnt separately, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouses. You will recеive the rest of your order shortly.

You can modify or cancеl your order as long as it's not been processed yet.

You have 30 days after receipt of your order to send us a return request by e-mail to contact@yokaiclothing.com or via our contact form.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Go to the top right-hand corner of the page and click on the user icon. By selecting "Create one", you will be redirected to a new page where you can enter your personal details. Your registration is confirmed as soon as you press the "Create my account" button. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail.

If you have already created your account and wish to access your personal information or your orders, simply log in. To do this, click on the user icon in the top right-hand corner of our website. This will take you to a login page where you can enter your e-mail address and password.

By clicking on the user icon in the top right-hand corner of our website, you can reset your password by clicking on "Forgot password?". By entering your e-mail address, you will then receive a message in your mailbox with a reset link enabling you to reconfigure your password.

If you wish to modify your personal data, you can do so via your user account. In the "Addresses" tab, you can modify your information (postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, etc.).

Several payment methods are available to pay for your order: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) with Stripe, Paypal, and Apple Pay.

We do not have access to your sensitive information. Credit card transactions are handled by Stripe (most rigorous certification level in the payment industry), PayPal or Apple Pay depending on your choice.

The connection to our store is secure, which means that the information you send or get through the site is private.

Yokai Clothing is a unisex brand. We advise you to take your usual size. If you don't know what size to take, enter your height and weight in our "What's my size?" form, available on our product pages. You can also take a look at the size guide for each product.

Some of our garments are in Asian sizes, so the size label may not match the size you ordered.

In general, we recommend:

• washing the garment inside out to protect the fabric from the action of the washing machine
• machine-washing at 30° / 86°F or cold to preserve the brilliance of the colors over time
• air-drying the garment to increase the durability of the fabric and prevent shrinkage
• and closing the zips before putting the garment in the machine to prevent them from catching on threads during washing.
